We aim to provide you with high-quality products and a smooth shopping experience. Please read our Return & Refund Policy carefully before making a purchase.


🧩 Return Eligibility

We accept returns only if the product you received is damaged, defective, or not functioning properly.

To be eligible for a return:

  • You must contact us within 7 days of receiving the product.
  • The item must be unused, in the same condition you received it, and in the original packaging.
  • Clear photo or video evidence of the issue must be provided when contacting us.

If the product meets the above conditions, we’ll arrange a replacement.


🚫 Non-Returnable Situations

We do not accept returns if:

  • The product is working as described but you no longer want it (“change of mind” or “ordered by mistake”).
  • The issue was caused by improper use, physical damage, or wear and tear.
  • You contact us after 7 days of delivery.

💰 Refunds

Refunds are only applicable in the following cases:

  1. Damaged or non-functioning product:
    Once approved, a replacement or full refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
  2. Delayed delivery:
    If your order takes more than 30 days from the order date to be delivered, you are eligible for a full refund.

🚚 Delivery Time

Our standard delivery time is 6–12 business days after processing.
Processing takes 1–3 business days before shipment.
